Before placing your order, it’s important to understand the expected timeline for receiving your final product. Once we’ve received your signed order along with the initial 50% deposit, your project is officially set in motion.

Because Designer Deck sources materials from a range of trusted suppliers across the globe, delivery timelines can vary depending on logistics and production schedules-particularly during periods of high demand, such as large-scale housing projects. For this reason, timelines are assessed on a case-by-case basis rather than provided as a one-size-fits-all estimate.

That said, you can move forward with confidence; our team is highly experienced in coordinating these variables and consistently meeting projected timelines. Delays are uncommon, and we remain proactive in managing every detail to keep your project on track and progressing smoothly.
